"I am not quite sure how many people have actually used the MCA benefits. I had to call them a few weeks ago. I love to read..love it..so I was reading on the way home as my hubby was driving us back and I forgot to turn the reading light off so it stayed on all night. The next morning when I went to turn the car on to take the girls to school..the car wouldn't turn on..the battery was dead. I looked at the reading light and it was on and HOT!! He arrived in less than 30 minutes!! No lie. He charged the battery and made sure it wasn't anything else and left. About 1 hour later MCA calls me to make sure I was taken care of. I told her yeas and that I was real happy with the service agent which (he is an independent contractor for MCA making $80 a call!!) she was happy.
